Zusammenfassung:	Un limpiaparabrisas (11) que comprende: un armazón (13) adaptado para ser fijado a un vehículo; una escobilla (17, 46, 52, 61, 75) de limpiaparabrisas fijada al armazón (13); y en el que la escobilla (17, 46, 52, 61, 75) de limpiaparabrisas está hecha a partir de un compuesto que tiene un polímero de metilvinilsilicona de aproximadamente el 22 al 55 por ciento en peso, una carga de aproximadamente el 35 al 50 por ciento en peso y politetrafluoroetileno que tiene un tamaño medio de partícula menor de 25 mim y en una cantidad de aproximadamente el 5 al 42 por ciento en peso. A wiper blade made of a compound having a methyl vinyl silicone polymer, a filler, and a friction-reducing additive is provided. The friction-reducing additive is present in an amount from between about 5 and 42 weight percent. The average particle size of the friction-reducing additive is preferably less than about 25 microns, thereby permitting extrusion of the compound into the shape of a wiper blade. Polytetrafluoroethylene is preferred as a friction-reducing additive, but other substances, such as boron nitride or graphite could be used.
