Sistema de envasado de productos vegetales frescos mínimamente procesados, según el cual los productos de aplicación se cubren con una envolvente laminar dotada de una cierta permeabilidad a los gases, en cuyo interior los productos se alojan sumergidos en una atmósfera modificada compuesta de nitrógeno (N{sub,2}), dióxido de carbono (CO{sub,2}) y oxígeno (O{sub,2}).
