The invention also relates to the oligonucleotides used in said multiple PCR and to a kit used to perform said method. Detección y tipificación de Salmonella en muestras alimentarias mediante PCR múltiple. La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la detección y tipificación de Salmonella en muestras alimentarias caracterizado porque comprende: enriquecer los microorganismos presentes en la muestra alimentaria; extraer el ADN del cultivo resultante del paso anterior; realizar una PCR múltiple; y revelar la correspondiente amplificación de bandas. Asimismo, la invención se refiere a los oligonucleótidos empleados en dicha PCR múltiple y a un kit para realizar dicho procedimiento.
