Zusammenfassung: | The device has a frame or box equipped with displacement medium on the surface of a metallic rolling to examine, in whose trough a high-resolution camera and a lighting equipment of high power and generator of diffuse light are provided. Video signals of the camera is sent to a personal computer, which is equipped with an internal software of processing of the obtained images that permits the detection and classification of the residual oxide spots. The displacement of the mentioned box or frame is controlled by a programmable automaton connected to the computer.
The invention is especially designed for totally automatic detection of residual oxide stains (residual scale) and classification thereof in sheet metal production lines without need to stop the line the invention consists in a framework or box (4), equipped with means for movement (8) on the surface of the metal sheet (2) to be examined, and containing a high-resolution CCD camera (1), a high-power lighting unit (6-7) and a diffuse light generator the video signal of the camera is sent to a PC (3) equipped with software for processing the images obtained, so that the residual oxide stains may be detected and classified. The movement of the said box or framework (4) is controlled by a programmable automaton (14), also connected to said PC (3).
Especialmente concebido para realizar de forma totalmente automática la detección de manchas residuales de óxido (cascarilla residual) así como su clasificación en líneas de producción de laminados metálicos sin necesidad de detener la línea, la invención consiste en un bastidor o caja (4), dotada de medios de desplazamiento (8) sobre la superficie de la lámina metálica (2) a examinar, en cuyo seno se establece una cámara CCD (1) de alta resolución, así como un equipo de iluminación (6-7) de alta potencia y generador de luz difusa, cámara cuya señal de vídeo es enviada a un PC (3) dotado de un software interno de procesamiento de las imágenes obtenidas que permite la detección y clasificación de las manchas residuales de óxido. El desplazamiento de la citada caja o bastidor (4) esté controlado por un autómata programable (14), conectado igualmente al citado PC (3). |
