PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO DE CONFORMADO DE OBJETOS DE VIDRIO HUECO, OBJETOS OBTENIDOS

Un procedimiento de conformado de un objeto de vidrio hueco (1) provisto de una boca (3) y de un hombro (4), utilizando una técnica de "soplado-soplado" que comprende una fase de conformado intermedio, una fase de transferencia y una fase de acabado, caracterizado porque, durante la fase de acabado, se realiza un hundimiento de la boca (3) en el hombro (4) manteniendo al mismo tiempo al menos una parte de la altura de la boca (3). Independent claims are given for; (a) an installation for production of the glass object, comprising a mold made in two main parts connected with each other according to a vertical axis, and a blow head connected to an air circuit, the blow head comprising a frame in which is mounted a traversably movable piece, and whose end section is adapted to support the collar of the object; (b) application of the above installation considered as a finishing mold in an I. S. machine; and (c) a hollow glass object obtained by the above process and by using the above installation.
