Zusammenfassung:Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are prepared by performing cyclohexane oxidation to reaction mixture (oxidate) containing cyclohexyl hydroperoxide and cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone and other oxidation product, performing selective decomposition of prepared cyclohexyl hydroperoxide in a separate decomposition reactor or reactors in liquid phase at 70-100 [deg]C in the presence of catalyst, which is solution of metal of variable valence salt, and continuously removing reaction products inhibiting the decomposition reaction and deactivating catalyst, including water from the reactor/reactors. Oxidate before feeding the decomposition reactor/reactors is expanded to the pressure of decomposition reaction, washed with water, from organic layer entrained and dissolved water is removed. Product leaving decomposition reactor/reactors is washed with water, in direction of unconverted cyclohexane recovery unit. Image 0/0. Procedure for the production of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone. Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone are prepared through the oxidation of cyclohexane to a reaction mixture (oxide) which mainly contains cyclohexyl and cyclohexanol hydroperoxides, cyclohexanone and other oxidation products, a procedure followed by selective decomposition of this cyclohexyl hydroperoxide prepared in the decomposition reactor or reactors separated, in the liquid phase, at a temperature of 70 to 100 degree C, in the presence of a catalyst which is the solution of a metal salt of variable valency and the majority of the reaction products which inhibit the decomposition reaction and the deactivation of the catalyst, including, firstly, water, are continuously extracted from the reactor/reactors. The oxide before being fed into the decomposition reactor/reactors the decompression reaction pressure is increased, it is washed with water, the water spread out and dissolved in the organic layer is extracted.
