CINTA ADHESIVA SOBRE SOPORTE NO TEJIDO DESGARRABLE A MANO

Cinta adhesiva que consta de un soporte fibroso no tejido en forma de una guata y una capa de adhesivo que recubre una cara del soporte, caracterizada porque está enrollada con contacto directo entre el adhesivo y el soporte de una espira próxima, porque dicho soporte tiene un espesor comprendido entre 0, 3 y 1 mm y una masa superficial de fibras comprendida entre 70 y 120 g/m2 y porque las fibras están sumergidas en el adhesivo en una parte del espesor del soporte comprendida entre 10 ìm y 0, 5 mm. Adhesive tape, comprises non-woven fibrous support and adhesive layer coating one face of support. The tape comprises non-woven fibrous support in form of e.g. felt, having thickness 0.3-1 mm (preferably 0.4-0.7 mm) and surface density of fibers 70-120 g/m (preferably 80-110 g/m ). The fibers are immersed in adhesive to the thickness 10 microns-0.5 mm. The tape has transverse tearing-off force below 15 N (by method AFERA 4007). Adhesive is preferably sensitive to pressure. The surface of support opposite to adhesive is preferably calendered, and can be coated with anti-adherent varnish. Independent claims are also included for: (1) process of production of adhesive tape as claimed, in which adhesive (of viscosity 30000-150000 cP, preferably 50000-100000 cP) is applied onto support in fluid state and is further solidified by appropriate method, e.g. by cooling, drying or irradiation; and (2) use of adhesive tape as claimed for wrapping together bundles of cables, in automobile construction industry.
