Nuevo material microporoso metal-orgánico, disulfonato de elemento de tierra rara. Nuevos materiales microporosos metal- orgánicos, que se preparan en condiciones hidrotermales suaves, de soluciones de una sal que contenga un elemento de los llamados tierras raras o elementos de transición interna y una sal cuyo anión sea un disulfonato orgánico en presencia o no de un agente plantilla. El producto resultante puede ser usado como catalizador, tamiz molecular y absorbente.
