EMULSION DE ACEITE TIPO EN AGUA, CON ACCION PROTECTORA FRENTE A DAÑOS POR PEROXIDACION EN ORGANOS HUMANOS, SU FABRICACION Y UTILIZACION

Emulsión de aceite tipo en agua, con acción protectora frente a daños por peroxidación en órganos humanos, en particular, frente a daños por isquemia y/o reperfusión, para la administración intravenosa conteniendo, referido a la emulsión total, tocoferoles alpha en forma de tocoferol all-rac-alpha, cuyos estereoisómeros y/o mezclas de estereoisómeros individuales en una cantidad correspondiente en cuanto a efecto a 1, 48 g/l hasta 30 g/l de tocoferol RRR-alpha, 0 a 25 g/l de un aceite tolerable i.v., 0, 25 - 3 g/l de un fosfolípido como emulgador, así como una sustancia fisiológica no iónica, para el ajuste de la osmolaridad a valores fisiológicos y sustancias fisiológicas para el ajuste del valor pH a 7 - 9. The emulsion is preferably administered as an infusion and is especially used to reduce damages resulting from peroxidation due to ischemia and /or reperfusion and, among other things, during an organ transplantation.
