Granular product feeding group for filled cookie manufacturing installations

On the installation bedplate (2) above which moves the conveyor belt (7) that carries the continuous band of cookie dough, on which longitudinal strips of granular material must be deposited, is established a chassis (1) supporting a hopper (3) containing said granular material, which reaches a vibrating tray (4), aided by a vibrator (5), which tray is orientated in the sense of advance of the conveyor belt (7) and with a slight downward inclination in this sense, which pours the material into a plurality of small collection hoppers (8), transversally aligned, which are prolonged inferiorly as horizontal and longitudinal ducts (12) for routing the granular product, which are responsible for finally depositing the longitudinal strips of said product on the continuous band of cookie dough. Sobre la bancada (2) de la instalación, sobre la que desplaza la banda transportadora (7) que arrastra la banda continua de galleta propiamente dicha sobre la que han de depositarse franjas longitudinales de material granular, se establece un chasis (1) que soporta una tolva (3) de dicho producto granular, el cual accede a una bandeja vibradora (4), por efecto de un vibrador (5), bandeja orientada en el sentido de avance de la manta transportadora (7) y con una ligera inclinación descendente en este sentido, la cual vierte sobre una pluralidad de pequeñas tolvas recogedoras (8), en alineación transversal, prolongadas inferiormente en tubos verticales de caída (10), sensiblemente distanciados, rematados inferiormente en canales horizontales y longitudinales (12) de encauzamiento para el producto granular, que son los que finalmente determinan la formación de las citadas franjas longitudinales de este producto sobre la banda continua de la masa de galleta.
