Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the use as an anti-fungal agent of a protein having at least, alpha -(1,3)-glucanase enzymatic activity, to anti-fungal compositions comprising said protein and to methods for controlling, preventing and/or treating infections caused by pathogenic fungi of plants, animals, including man, contaminants of cultures and food contaminants. Esta invención se refiere a una proteína con actividad antifúngica que posee, además, al menos, actividad enzimática alfa-(1,3)-glucanasa, a construcciones de ADN que codifican para dicha proteína, a métodos para la producción de dicha proteína, a preparaciones que contienen dicha proteína y al empleo de dicha proteína y preparaciones que la contienen para el control de hongos patógenos de plantas, animales, incluido el hombre, contaminantes de cultivos y contaminantes de alimentos.
