UN AGENTE INMUNOSUPRESOR, UN REMEDIO PARA UNA ENFERMEDAD AUTOINMUNE, UN POTENCIADOR DE INMUNOSUPRESION, Y UN INHIBIDOR DE ADHESION CELULAR QUE CONTIENE CADA UNO UN COMPUESTO DE TIENOTRIAZOLODIACEPINA CON UN ANILLO DE DIACEPINA ALQUILADA EN POSICION 2 COMO INGREDIENTE ACTIVO DE INMUNOSUPRESION, TRATAMIENTO DE ENFERMEDADES AUTOINMUNES, PREVENCION DE LA INMUNOSUPRESION EN INHIBICION DE LA ADHESION CELULAR COMPRENDIENDO CADA UNO LA ADMINISTRACION DEL COMPUESTO ANTERIOR; Y EL USO DE DICHO COMPUESTO PARA PRODUCIR LAS DROGAS ANTERIORES. 4-(2-CLOROFENIL)-6, 9-DIMETIL-6H-TIENO [3,2-F][1,2,4] TRIAZOLO-4,3-A] [1,4] DIACEPINA, MORFOLIDO DE 3-[4-(2-CLOROFENIL)-6, ACIDO9-DIMETIL-6H-TIENO [3,2-F] [1,2,4]TRIAZOLO [4,3-A] [1,4]-DIAZEPIN-2-IL) PROPIONICO, ISOMEROS OPTICOS DE ESTOS, Y (+)-6-(2-CLOROFENIL)-3-CICLOPROPANOCARBONIL-1,1DIMETIL-2,3,4,5-TETRAHIDRO-8H-PIRIDO [4'',4''; 4,5]-TIENO[3,2F][1,2,4]TRIAZOLO [4,3-A][1,4]DIACEPINA REALZAN LA ACTIVIDAD DE UN AGENTE INMUNOSUPRESOR, TAL COMO CICLOSPORINA, Y DE PORSI TIENEN LAS ACTIVIDADES DE SUPRESION AUTOINMUNE E INHIBICION DE ADHESION CELULAR, SIENDO ASI UTILES COMO LAS DROGAS ARRIBA MENCIONADAS. An immunosuppressive agent, an autoimmune disease curative, an immunosuppression potentiator, and a cell adhesion inhibitor each containing a thienotriazolodiazepine compound with a 2-alkylated diazepine ring as an active ingredient; immunosuppression, cure of autoimmune diseases, potentiation of immunosuppression, and inhibition of cell adhesion each comprising the administration of the above compound; and the use of this compound for producing the above drugs. 4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6, 9-dimethyl-6H-thieno [3,2-f] [1,2,4] triazolo-[4,3-a] [1,4] diazepine, morpholide of 3- [4-(2-chlorophenyl)-6, 9-dimethyl-6H-thieno [3,2-f] [1,2,4] triazolo [4,3-a] [1,4]-diazepin-2-yl) propionic acid, optical isomers of them, and (+)-6-(2-chlorophenyl)-3-cyclopropanecarbonyl-1,1-dimethyl-2,3,4,5-tet rahydro-8H-pyrido[4',3':4,5]-thieno[3,2- f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]diazepine enhance the activity of an immunosuppressive agent, such as cyclosporin, and per se have the activities of autoimmune suppression and cell adhesion inhibition, thus being useful as the above-mentioned drugs.
