Dimensional control method for baking ceramic parts. Used to analyse the baking phase of ceramic parts for obtaining the maximum possible percentage of gauge-2, or the middle dimension corresponding to parts of medium size. The decision whether or not to alter the kiln temperature to focus baking in the kiln on gauge-2, is based on 100% of the information, instead of the usual 0.2%. The method consists of installing measuring equipment at the kiln exit, with which it is possible to determine, in real time, the dimensions of each and every one of the tiles or ceramic parts and assign them to the relevant gauge, calculating the percentage of gauge-2 that is obtained at each moment, using a mobile medium. Also calculated are the different percentages that would be obtained if, by tenths of a degree the parts were increasingly larger or increasingly smaller, using this information to construct a graph and display the margin of manoeuvre for obtaining the maximum possible percentage of gauge-2. SE CALCULAN ADEMAS LOS DISTINTOS PORCENTAJES QUE SE OBTENDRIAN SI, DECIMA A DECIMA LAS PIEZAS FUERAN CADA VEZ MAS GRANDES O CADA VEZ MAS PEQUEÑAS, PERMITIENDO CON ESTA INFORMACION CONSTRUIR UNA GRAFICA Y VISUALIZAR EL MARGEN DE MANIOBRA PARA OBTENER EL MAXIMO PORCENTAJE POSIBLE DE CALIBRE-2.
