Zusammenfassung:System of remote positioning of television repeater aerials. For moving the aerials 6, the system uses a mechanical positioner with two remotely driven motors 1 2, the said motors being arranged in such a way that the shaft of the motor 1 is vertically fixed to a holder 4 situated in the centre of a horizontal supporting plate 3 to allow a complete (360 degrees) horizontal rotation of the two motors 1 2, the aerial 6 being attached by means of a support 5 to the output shaft of the motor 2 to allow 180 degrees of vertical movement of the aerial 6, the movement of both motors 1 2 being controlled by a local system 11, located in the vicinity of the turret 7, the fitting of a local system 11 having been designed into each of the repeater aerials, and all of them being connected by means of modems with a central remote control system 14 located at the transmission centre.
