Zusammenfassung: | Process for obtaining vitroceramic glazes on a flooring substrate and ceramic coating. It comprises: a) preparing a glass formulation on the basis of 30-80% SiO2, 5-45% of Al2O3, 5-45% of RO+R1/2O, 1-15% nucleating agents and 0-10% of other components, the percentages being by weight and R and R1 being an element in group IIA or IA of the periodical system respectively, b) intimately mixing the components, c) melting the mixture at 900-1800 degree C, allowing this to cool and monitoring the homogeneity of the glass obtained, d) grinding the glass and applying it to the substrate, e) subjecting it to controlled heat treatment comprising the following stages: (i) heating, (ii) nucleation, (iii) crystallization, (iv) curing, (v) cooling. Important industrial applications in the production of vitroceramic glazes on ceramic substrates with improved technical and/or aesthetic properties.
