Zusammenfassung: | The invention describes a process for recycling collecting-electrode (receptor) waste ashes, of industrial origin, using a conventional glass-ceramic process. It consists in mixing the waste ash with disposable domestic (household) glass fragments (shards). The mixture undergoes a first heat treatment, which results in a glass with an iridescent finish. Said glass is again treated, by means of a controlled crystallization process, the final glass-ceramic thereby being obtained. Both the glass and the glass-ceramic have commercial potential. The process described makes it possible to re-use two forms of waste - ash and domestic glass - and offers the additional advantage of recycling a product (ash) which is potentially polluting owing to its heavy metal content.
SE DESCRIBE UN PROCESO DE RECICLAJE DE CENIZAS RESIDUALES DE ELECTROFILTRO, DE ORIGEN INDUSTRIAL, MEDIANTE UN PROCESO VITROCERAMICO CLASICO. CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR LA CENIZA RESIDUAL CON CASCO DE VIDRIO DOMESTICO DESECHABLE. LA MEZCLA SE SOMETE A UN PRIMER TRATAMIENTO TERMICO, DEL QUE RESULTA UN VIDRIO DE ACABADO IRIDISCENTE. DICHO VIDRIO SE TRATA NUEVAMENTE, POR UN PROCESO DE CRISTALIZACION CONTROLADA, OBTENIENDOSE ASI EL VITROCERAMICO FINAL. TANTO EL VIDRIO COMO EL VITROCERAMICO SON POTENCIALMENTE COMERCIALIZABLES.
