Pharmaceutical compositions of phytic acid or its derivatives and applications thereof. The compositions comprise: 50-100 mg of phytic acid and/or its pharmaceutically acceptable phytates; 15003000 IU of provitamin A and/or vitamin A; 2-5 g of salts of Zn(II) and excipient in a sufficient quantity per unit dose. These compositions have applications as inhibitors of the formation of calcium oxalate crystals in the kidney and protectors of the uroepithelium and, therefore, for the treatment of pathological or prepathological conditions due to idiopathic oxalocalcic renal lithiasis. Said compositions are also used in the manufacture of drugs and coadjuvant dietary complements of the aforesaid treatment. ESTAS COMPOSICIONES TIENEN APLICACION COMO INHIBIDORES DE LA FORMACION DE CRISTALES DE OXALATO CALCICO EN EL RIÑON Y PROTECTORES DEL UROEPITELIO Y, POR TANTO, PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS ESTADOS PATOLOGICOS O PREPATOLOGICOS DERIVADOS DE LA LITIASIS RENAL OXALOCALCICA IDIOPATICA. ASIMISMO DICHAS COMPOSICIONES SE UTILIZAN EN LA FABRICACION DE MEDICAMENTOS Y COMPLEMENTOS DIETETICOS COADYUVANTES DEL REFERIDO TRATAMIENTO.
