Zusammenfassung: | The drive system is based on the fact that the force exerted by the cyclist's feet is transmitted directly to points close to the periphery of the toothed plate which the bicycle conventionally incorporates. To this end, the conventional connecting rods of the pedals 2 of the drive system of a bicycle are replaced by discoidal bodies 3 such that one of these is fixed directly to a toothed plate 4, whilst the other is fixed to the front unit by means of a bush 5, via peripheral screws 6. In this way, the force the cyclist exerts on the pedals 2 is not transmitted to the shaft but directly to the plate 4 and precisely from points close to the periphery of said plate 4, giving rise to optimum utilisation of the force applied. Both discoidal bodies 3 are fixed together by means of a bush 5 which constitutes the shaft of the propulsion unit.
SISTEMA MOTRIZ PARA BICICLETAS. EL SISTEMA MOTRIZ SE BASA EN QUE LA FUERZA EJERCIDA POR LOS PIES DEL CICLISTA SE TRANSMITE DIRECTAMENTE A UNOS PUNTOS CERCANOS A LA PERIFERIA DEL PLATO DENTADO QUE CONVENCIONALMENTE INCORPORA LA BICICLETA. PARA ELLO, LAS CLASICAS BIELAS DE LOS PEDALES (2) DEL SISTEMA MOTRIZ DE UNA BICICLETA, ES SUSTITUIDA POR UNOS CUERPOS DISCOIDALES (3), DE MANERA TAL QUE A UNO DE ESTOS VA FIJADO DIRECTAMENTE EL PLATO DENTADO (4), MIENTRAS QUE EL OTRO SE FIJA AL GRUPO ANTERIOR MEDIANTE UN CASQUILLO (5), A TRAVES DE UNOS TORNILLOS PERIFERICOS (6). DE ESTE MODO EL ESFUERZO DEL CICLISTA EJERCIDO SOBRE LOS PEDALES (2) NO ES TRANSMITIDO AL EJE, SINO DIRECTAMENTE AL PLATO (4) Y PRECISAMENTE DESDE UNOS PUNTOS CERCANOS A LA PERIFERIA DE TAL PLATO (4), OBTENIENDO UN APROVECHAMIENTO OPTIMO DEL ESFUERZO APLICADO. AMBOS CUERPOS DISCOIDALES (3) ESTAN FIJADOS MUTUAMENTE ENTRE SI MEDIANTE UN CASQUILLO (5) QUE CONSTITUYE EL EJE DEL GRUPO PROPULSOR. |
