Fully ventilated facade

A fully ventilated facade of the type which has a chamber recessed with respect to an exterior surface, in front of the structural part of the construction. This is a very economical and technically researched solution for insulating a building with conventional commercially available components. Use is made of a stepped base secured to the side of the structure, which houses sheets of insulating material and, in a forward portion, it receives a soldered nut which the stud of a screw can adjustably penetrate. The screw is soldered via its head to an adjustable U-shaped cap which, in turn, receives a tube to which are connected exterior covering sheets. FACHADA CIEN POR CIEN VENTILADA. SE UTILIZA UNA BASE ESCALONADA ASEGURADA AL COSTADO DEL FORJADO LA QUE RECEPCIONA PLACAS DE MATERIAL AISLANTE Y EN UNA PORCION ADELANTADA RECIBE UNA TUERCA, SOLDADA, EN LA QUE PUEDE PENETRAR, EN FORMA REGULABLE, EL ESPARRAGO DE UN TORNILLO, EL TORNILLO ESTA SOLDADO POR SU CABEZA A UN CABEZAL REGULABLE EN FORMA DE U, EL QUE A SU VEZ RECIBE UN TUBO AL CUAL SE CONECTAN UNAS PLACAS DE REVESTIMIENTO EXTERIOR.
