The invention relates to an electrical energy production system for outlets of air and water treatment units, such as cooling towers, evaporative condensers, atmospheric evaporators, other water- and air-cooling systems or cooling equipment for factories and buildings. The system is formed by a load-bearing structure comprising at least one rotation shaft connected to one or more blades that can be actuated by the airflow exiting through the outlet, the rotation shaft being associated with at least one generator for producing electrical energy, such that the blades are arranged perpendicular to the exiting airflow to capture the maximum kinetic energy thereof.
