Cable en espiral de doble revestimiento

A double-sheathed spiral cable (100) and a manufacturing process therefor, which relate to the field of special cables. The double-sheathed spiral cable (100) comprises a cable core (102) formed by twisting several wire cores (101); the cable core (102) is wrapped in sequence with a tape layer (130), an inner sheath (140), and an outer sheath (150); and the material of the inner sheath (140) is polyester polyurethane, and the material of the outer sheath (150) is polyether polyurethane. The manufacturing process for the double-sheathed spiral cable (100) is as follows: twisting several wire cores (101) to form a cable core (102), and wrapping the cable core (102) to form a tape layer (130); wrapping the tape layer (130) with polyester polyurethane to form an inner sheath (140); wrapping the inner sheath (140) with polyether polyurethane to form an outer sheath (150) to obtain a linear cable (100); and spirally winding the cable (100) into shape. The double-sheathed spiral cable (100) has a low cost, is high in strength, with a good bending performance, and good roundness, and can meet the requirements of long-term stable use in frequent stretching and vibration conditions.
