Zusammenfassung: | Surveillance system for glass-forming machines and their transport of containers using artificial vision, to detect incidents in the production process of the machine (M) and issue alert/alarm signals and/or stop the machine or the transport (T) the corresponding production process without operator intervention: characterized in that it consists of: a) one or more image acquisition equipment (1), which are arranged outside the machine (M) and the transport (T) of the containers, which consists of at least one matrix camera sensitive to infrared radiation in the close range of what are known as NIR cameras, which incorporate a visible light filter to only detect objects at high temperature and with a high emission of infrared radiation, which continuously capture images of their environment, with the containers placed over the area of Cooling at temperatures close to 400 degrees centigrade, the emission of infrared light within the capture range of the NIR camera is high compared to the emission of infrared light emitted by other components of the machine such as grippers, molds and conveyor. b) one or more signal acquisition equipment (2), arranged in the machine itself (M) and/or in the transport (T), which detect synchronism in the operating state. c) a control unit (3) that, using the appropriate software, is capable of detecting if the containers that should exist exist in the image and, - receives and analyzes the images sent by the image acquisition equipment (1); - receives and analyzes the synchronism signals sent by the signal acquisition equipment (2); and - accurately classifies the characteristics of said images and signals analyzed, detecting incidents in production and looking for an occupancy value throughout said transport (T) to detect when the containers generate jams and accumulations in it (T), representing this occupancy value the number of containers that exist in the transport (T) in a specific area and that varies both as a function of time and as a function of the type of product manufactured, so that, when the occupancy value of an area generates values greater than a limit and/or during a time margin, it is considered that the flow of containers does not flow correctly, these parameters being preset when configuring the operation of the machine (M); - in the event that the machine (M) removes the containers from the forming molds to the dead plate, the software detects that one or both drops are not found and that this absence is |
