Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a cooling system that comprises at least a first hybrid evaporator (1, 1') which includes a refrigerant fluid and a heat transfer fluid that is housed inside a first cavity (2), while the refrigerant fluid is housed inside a second cavity (4); wherein the first cavity (2), together with the heat transfer fluid, forms a first eutectic plate (11) that includes a casing delimiting the first cavity (2) in which the heat transfer fluid is housed, such that at least one portion of said casing comprises a separating membrane (3) having high thermal transmission; wherein said refrigerant fluid transfers its temperature to the heat transfer fluid of the first eutectic plate (11).
