Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses a compression garment with therapeutic properties made up of a double layer jersey-based weft-knitted fabric with a structure formed by three courses. The first course is a mesh of multifilament polyamide yarns, made up of a weft yarn longitudinally without weaving, the second course is made by means of the weft yarn inserted longitudinally without weaving and secured between the multifilament polyamide yarns forming the mesh, wherein the weft yarn is an elastic yarn with an elastane core and an outer polyamide coating with a thickness of 600 dtex, and the third course is an elastic yarn with an elastane core and an outer polyamide coating with a thickness of 200 dtex. Advantageously, using a yarn with reduced thickness in the third course with respect to the second course provides breathability and thermal comfort.
