Preferably, the gluten-free flour is selected from the list consisting of cornmeal, rice flour, oatmeal, quinoa flour and millet flour. Preferably, the composition comprises a thickener selected from the list consisting of hydrocolloid, agar, collagen, alginine, gelatin, guar gum, xanthan gum and pectin.
