Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a front-internal plate for tibial pilon fractures, which forms part of a surgical treatment for stabilising joint fractures of the tibial pilon by means of open reduction and internal fixation using osteosynthesis plates, and which plate is a spiral-type L shape formed by a distal foot (1a) that adapts to the front face of the tibial pilon, and a proximal column (1b) that adapts to the internal face of the tibia, and wherein both the foot (1a) and the column (1b) have respective curvatures around the axial axis of the tibia for adapting themselves to same.
