Zusammenfassung:	A wrapper comprises a shaft, a swing arm installed at the shaft and swung around the shaft as a turning center, a recess set on one side of a free end of the swing arm, at least two supporting rollers provided at both sides of an end of the recess, another shaft provided on the outer side of the supporting roller under the recess, a buckling arm with one end rotationally connected with the other shaft and the other end provided with a third roller, and an annular belt circling around the three supporting rollers. The wrapper of the present invention makes the belt coat and press over a winding drum and a metal band by rotating the swing arm, so as to wind the metal band around the winding drum when said winding drum is circumgyrating. The wrapper of the present invention is simple in construction, easy to use and cheap (inexpensive).
