Each of the control knobs is coupled to its associated tap by a coupling, each of the couplings including a stationary transmission, a pivoting transmission shaft having a first end and a second end and a joint that couples the pivoting transmission shaft to the stationary transmission shaft. The pivot shaft, by means of which the control panel pivots, being situated proximate the coupling joints.
