Zusammenfassung:Embodiments herein is to provide a method and electronic device for detecting blur in an input image. The method includes detecting, by an electronic device, one or more candidate blur regions of a plurality of regions in an input image. Further, the method includes determining a confidence score of one or more candidate blur regions in the input image. Further, the method includes determining a confidence score of a global blur in the input image. Further, the method includes determining a confidence score of an intentional blur in the input image. Further, the method includes detecting, by the electronic device, at least a type of blur and a strength of the type of blur in the input image based on the confidence score of one or more candidate blur regions, the confidence score of the global blur, and the confidence score of the intentional blur.
