This plant reliability evaluation system (S) includes: a detection unit (511) which detects environmental information about a plant (P) in operation, and a soundness monitoring unit (514) which continuously monitoring the soundness of apparatuses that constitute the plant (P) on the basis of the environmental information during operation and importance information about the apparatuses that constitute the plant (P).
