The wound dressing may include one or more perfluorocarbon layers, a membrane electrolytic assembly, one or more dressing layers, and a durable binding layer. The one or more perfluorocarbon layers may contain nonafluorohexyltriethoxysilane, 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H- perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane, 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane, or pentafluorophenyltriethoxysilane. The wound dressing may also include other layers.
