Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a maintenance management system of a passenger transfer device and provides the maintenance management system of a passenger transfer device, the system including: a failure diagnosis server for collecting and storing error code information of the passenger transfer device from a passenger transfer device control panel and diagnosing a failure cause on the basis of the collected error code information; and a repairment terminal for accessing the failure diagnosis server to receive the error code information stored in the failure diagnosis server and a diagnosis result with respect to at least one failure cause and displaying same.
