Zusammenfassung:	To prevent a cutter blade from coming into contact with contents of a packaging material, a robot control system (1) includes a robot (20) configured to hold a cutter (22), and a robot controller (10) which controls the robot (20) so that the robot (20) cuts a packaging material (PM) with a blade (220) of the cutter (22). The robot controller (10) includes an orientation control module (102) which controls the robot (20) so that the blade (220) is oriented more toward an outer side of the packaging material (PM) when the robot (20) cuts a face of the packaging material (PM) with the blade (220) than when the robot (20) cuts a corner of the packaging material (PM) with the blade (220).
