Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a flat jet nozzle comprising a nozzle housing, wherein the nozzle housing has an outlet chamber, wherein the outlet chamber has an inlet opening formed by a diaphragm and an outlet opening, wherein a pot-shaped insert is provided downstream of the inlet opening, with the cover thereof being formed by the diaphragm and with a through-opening being arranged in the base thereof, wherein the inlet opening and the through-opening have a common central axis, and wherein the outlet opening is arranged downstream of the based of the pot-shaped insert, wherein a cross-sectional area of the through-opening in the base of the pot-shaped insert is between two and nine times bigger than a cross-sectional area of the inlet opening in the diaphragm.
