The probe holder (10) holds the probe (10a) so that the probe (10a) protrudes toward the connection terminal part (31b) of the sensor (30), has an opposing surface (61) that is disposed opposite the connection terminal part (31b) of the sensor (30), and forms a non-capillary space (S1) between the opposing surface (61) and the connection terminal part (31b) of the sensor (30) to allow communication with the space facing the adjacent electrodes (31c) of the connection terminal part (31b) of the sensor (30).
