A rotatable turbine member (42, 342) located in the interior (31, 331) includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced blades (43, 343) that extend into the primary air flow path (36, 336). A containment assembly (44, 144, 344, 444) couples to the housing (30, 330) and circumscribes at least a portion of the plurality of circumferentially spaced blades (43, 343). The containment assembly (44, 144, 344, 444) includes a tube (346) and a laminate (348, 448, 448a, 448b, 448c, 448d).
