The rotating shaft (200) is rotatably mounted on the housing (100). The rotating shaft (200) has a connecting end (210) and a ball head end (220) away from the connecting end (210). The connecting end (210) is configured to be connected to an impeller (20). The rotor (400) is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (200). The first shaft sleeve (510) is provided with a groove (512). The rotating shaft (200) is rotatably arranged on the second shaft sleeve (520) in a penetrating manner. The ball head end (220) is movably arranged in the groove (512). The stopping member (600) is fixedly connected to at least one of the rotating shaft (200) and the rotor (400).
