Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure pertains to T cell and/or NK cell engaging agents, and uses thereof. In some embodiments, the present disclosure provides bispecific antibody molecules or antigen-binding fragments thereof comprising (i) a first antigen-binding domain that selectively binds to transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain containing 2 (TMIGD2); and (ii) a second antigen-binding domain that selectively binds to at least one tumor-associated antigen (TAA). Such agents disclosed herein (e.g., bispecific antibody molecules or antigen-binding fragments thereof) can be used in methods of treating a subject having a disease, disorder, or condition and/or modulating an immune response in a subject.
