Zusammenfassung:	This invention describes an apparatus and methods that may run on a smart device such as a smart phone or a smart hub and that may be capable of commissioning and/or managing virtual sensors/actors by one or more of gathering requirements regarding virtual sensors/actors, determining virtual sensors or actors based on existing sensors/actors (e.g., by coordinating sensors/actors in one or more networks and/or by means of temporary sensors/actors and events of opportunity), determining parameter(s) of virtual sensors/actors given measurements of the existing sensors/actors, and exposing the virtual sensor/actor parameter(s).
