Zusammenfassung:	Provided are an excrement collecting box and a using method thereof. The excrement collecting box includes a housing (51), a packaging component and a collecting bag (6). An opening is provided in the housing (51). The packaging component includes a first sliding rod (84), a second sliding rod (85) and a hot melt cutting member (9), the first sliding rod (84) and the second sliding rod (85) are set at an angle, the first sliding rod (84) and the second sliding rod (85) are slidably disposed on the housing (51), the first sliding rod (84) and the second sliding rod (85) are capable of simultaneously sliding towards the hot melt cutting member (9) or simultaneously sliding away from the hot melt cutting member (9), and the hot melt cutting member (9) is securely connected to the housing (51). The collecting bag (6) passes through the opening and is connected to the housing (51), the collecting bag (6) is capable of being abutted by the first sliding rod (84), the second sliding rod (85) and the hot melt cutting member (9), and the hot melt cutting member (9) is configured to seal and cut the collecting bag (6).
