Zusammenfassung:A solid state imaging device includes a plurality N of pixel columns (31) and a plurality of column readout circuits (20). Each pixel column (31) includes a number M of pixel circuits (100). Each pixel circuit (100) generates a pixel signal containing pixel illumination information and outputs a non-inverted pixel signal or an inverted pixel signal in dependence on a voltage level of at least one row encoding signal. Each column readout circuit (20) receives a column signal obtained by superposition of the non-inverted pixel signals and the inverted pixel signals output by the pixel circuits (100) associated with one of the pixel columns (31).
