Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device (2) for discharging a vapour flow (16) out of a cooking chamber (4), in particular for an oven or cooking appliance, comprising a cooling fan (6) which is connected to a cooling air intake channel for drawing in a cooling air flow (14) and to a vapour intake channel (18) for drawing a vapour flow (16) out of the cooking chamber (4) in the vacuum region (10), and which is connected to an out-flow channel for blowing out an out-flow air flow (20) in the pressure region (12), wherein the pressure region (12) of the cooling fan (6) is connected to the vapour intake channel (18) in such a way that it allows for a backflushing of the out-flow air flow (20) into the vapour flow (16). The invention also relates to an oven (50) of a cooking appliance comprising a cooking chamber (4) and a device (2) of this type.
