The silicone release coating emulsion can be coated on a substrate (such as paper) to form a wet deposit, dried to form a layer of the silicone release coating composition on the substrate, and cured to form the silicone release coating on the surface of the substrate. The coated substrates are useful in food contact applications such as bakery release.
