MILLING BLANK AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SHAPED DENTAL PRODUCT

The invention relates to a milling body (1) for producing a shaped dental product, wherein: the milling body (1) comprises a solid body (2) made of a biocompatible first material; a hollow chamber (4) for receiving a fluid polymerisable plastics material is arranged on a top side of the milling body (1); the hollow chamber (4) has a bottom (6) and, starting from the edge of the bottom (6), the hollow chamber (4) is laterally delimited by a circumferential wall (8); the circumferential wall (8) is annular; and the first material forms the bottom (6) and the solid body (2) extends as far as a lower side of the milling body (1), which lower side is opposite the top side of the milling body (1). The invention also relates to a method for producing dental prostheses by such a milling body (1), a kit, and a shaped dental product produced by such a method.
