COEFFICIENT DECODING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND IMAGE DECODER AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of image coding and decoding. Provided are a coefficient decoding method and apparatus, and an image decoder and an electronic device, which can improve the image decoding performance. The method comprises: parsing a code stream, so as to obtain coefficient group information of a unit to be decoded, wherein coefficients of said unit are divided into at least one coefficient group, each coefficient group comprises at least one coefficient code, the coefficient codes in the same coefficient group are fixed-length codes having the same coding length, the at least one coefficient group comprises a first coefficient group, and the coefficient group information comprises a boundary symbol of the first coefficient group; parsing the coefficient code of the first coefficient group into a coefficient value; and according to the boundary symbol, determining that the coefficient value in the first coefficient group is a positive value or a negative value.
