Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a steel alloy for a large rolling bearing component, having at least 0.17 to maximally 0.23 wt.% of carbon, at least 0.25 to maximally 0.5 wt.% of silicon, at least 0.65 to maximally 0.95 wt.% of manganese, maximally 0.025 wt.% of phosphor, maximally 0.020 wt.% of sulfur, at least 1.90 to maximally 2.30 wt.% of chromium, at least 0.65 to maximally 0.95 wt.% of molybdenum, maximally 0.50 wt.% of nickel, maximally 0.030 wt.% of 0.025 wt.% of aluminum, at least 0.08 to maximally 0.12 wt,% of vanadium, at least 0.018 to maximally 0.025 wt,% of niobium, maximally 0.003 wt,% of boron, maximally 0.012 wt,% of nitrogen, in particular maximally 10 ppm of oxygen, and residual iron as well as unavoidable impurities.
