A packing body (230, 360, 430. 530) extends around the central aperture (210, 340, 440, 540). The packing body (230, 360, 430, 530) includes a first body portion (240, 310, 420, 520) having a first side profile (250, 320, 410, 510). The packing body (230, 360, 430, 530) further includes a second body portion (260, 370, 460, 560) having a second side profile (270, 380, 470, 570), wherein the second side profile (270, 380, 470, 570) is different from the first side profile (250, 320, 410, 510).
