Zusammenfassung:	A step apparatus that removably couples to a door latch element of a door well of a vehicle is disclosed. The step apparatus can include a load-supporting step structure (210), an elongated support element (104), and an axle structure (106) rotatably coupling the load-supporting step structure to the elongated support element. The elongated support element includes a hook-shaped element (284) configured to removably couple to the door latch element of the door well of a vehicle. The load-supporting step structure is configured to support the weight of a person when standing on the load-supporting step structure while the step apparatus is removably coupled to the door latch element, enabling the person to reach the roof of the vehicle.
