Zusammenfassung:	A needle assembly includes an injection needle that includes a needle tube in which a blade surface is formed at a needle tip, and a needle hub that holds the injection needle. The needle hub includes a holding portion that has a penetration region through which the injection needle penetrates and that holds the injection needle penetrating the penetration region, and an insertion portion that is disposed on the distal end side of the holding portion and that guides a proximal end portion of the injection needle to the penetration region such that the puncture direction of the injection needle and the center line of the penetration region overlap with each other.
