Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a method of forming a foam, the method comprising: (a) providing a foamable composition comprising an isocyanate, a polyol, and a physical blowing agent, the physical blowing agent comprising at least about 50% by weight of trans1233zd, and wherein the polyol comprises a polyol or a mixture of polyols, and (b) forming a foam from the foamable composition such that the solubility of the trans-1233zd (E) in the polyol is 20 pphp or less, and (b) forming a foam from the foamable composition.
